Companion Pets of Cleveland (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a volunteer-powered pet rescue serving the Cleveland, Ohio area. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
When you apply for our services, book a clinic appointment, or use our Client Connect app, we collect the information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, mailing address, and information about your pets (names, species, breed, age, and health and vaccination records).
How we use your information
We use your information only to run our programs and help your pets: scheduling and reminding you about vaccination clinic appointments, offering you clinic waitlist openings, following up on applications and services you requested, and sending program updates you asked for.
Text messaging
When you give us your mobile phone number on an application or booking, you agree to receive text messages from Companion Pets of Cleveland about your appointments and services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, and HELP for help.
Sharing your information
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We share information only when needed to provide a service you requested (for example, with a clinic partner providing your pet’s care) or when required by law.
